"Nice location in a quiet area but with a metro station not too far away, it was comfortable and clean."

1. Quite close to a mini market and restaurants. 2. The room and toilet are clean
1. The property promised many facilities but did not provide them. Refrigerator and electric kettle were in the list of hotel facilities but not provided in the room. 2. Breakfast was served every morning by a lady staff. She is the only one that caters everything from cooking and cleaning. This made the preparation process inefficient. i.e. not enough fork and spoon, cups, and no hot water.

It is more like a private house with a few rooms on 2 storeys. Nothing to shout about except that it is rather inexpensive.
The room is very basic with a queen bed. En-suite toilet is quite dismal. Breakfast is too simple. I stayed here because I couldn’t get a room at where my friends were staying and this one is close to them.
