The space in deluxe family suite was quite good. Clean, good shower, clean towels, comfortable beds. Nearby mini market and pharmacy was handy. It's in a residential area but no problem with noise. Staff was courteous. Shoh at reception was quite pleasant and polite. They offered 24x7 tea cofee. Overall worth for the price and to explore Tashkent.
The kitchenette didn't have much apart from microwave and fridge. Cutlery could be more. There was no AC in back from with single beds and can get hot. Reception staff should not push for cash payment and card payment should be readily accepted.

Very clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was very good with a nice selection. We arrived very late at night, but the late check-in was no problem at all. The hotel is a little far from the city center, but it is easy and inexpensive to get to the center and Tashkent’s main attractions by taxi. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.
