La casa ha una vista stupenda sul mare e il lungomare vicino a Menton. È graziosa, appena ristrutturata, ben decorata e comoda. C’è un bagno ristrutturato a nuovo confortevole, funzionale e meraviglioso. Il letto è comodo e di buona qualità e volendo, richiudibile, se si ha bisogno di più spazio. È dotata di tutti i comfort necessari sia a un soggiorno di breve periodo che di lungo periodo, con possibilità di lavare vestiti/lenzuola, cucinare e tenere pulito il posto. La televisione smart è ottima per vedere film la sera in relax. La climatizzazione è molto efficiente. L’isolamento acustico, con finestre chiuse, è ottimale. La possibilità di parcheggiare nel garage interrato è una grande comodità! C’è anche una piscina condominiale nel terrazzo all’ultimo piano, sempre con vista sul mare! La posizione è ottima, molto vicina a mezzi pubblici come treno e bus, e a 10 minuti a piedi dal lungomare o da esercizi commerciali essenziali come bar e supermarket. Un soggiorno eccellente, vorremo ritornare con molto piacere.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay in this recently refurbished apartment in Roquebrune-Cap-Martin. The apartment is beautiful and well equipped with a gorgeous seaview. The rooftop pool is perfect for cooling down and it was never crowded when we used it. Public transport to Menton, Monaco and Nice is easily accessible with bus stops right outside the apartment and there is a train station a short walk away. The local area of Roquebrune village and Cap Martin peninsula are well worth exploring as well. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend staying in this apartment!

There was some noise from a nearby construction site on weekdays but this was a minor issue.

リフォームしたてで、全て新しくてキレイでおしゃれでした。設備も整っています。モニカさんがチェックイン時に立ち会っていろいろ説明してくれました。 D2564沿いにあるので車ならコートダジュールのどこに行くのにも便利です。
