Amazing and modern apartment in a convenient location

This apartment is very clean, modern and nicely decorated. It’s in a really great location - super close to the beach, train station and supermarket. All the appliances are new and clean and work really well and the kitchen is very well equipped. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had soap, shampoo and even a hair straightener! Couldn’t fault this place at all.

Great place for visiting Monaco and Italy, very nice views.

Very central, funny way how the lock worked, the parking spot was great! Do mention that more. The door of the bathroom was broken and refused to close. Further was there a storm which resulted in pretty much noise from gear that was loose on someone balcony. Overall a nice and good place to stay. We never come somewhere twice, but if we do, it would be here.

We liked everything. It was perfect for me and my two children. Exactly like in the pictures. Super pretty and clean! The communication was great from the beginning and the lady who gave us the keys was very friendly and welcoming. Wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Un po' deludente...

Certo per il prezzo che abbiamo pagato non avevamo molte aspettative né pretese, però appena entrati siamo stati accolti subito da un tanfo di chiuso/arredi puzzolenti. La porta d'ingresso aveva una maniglia rotta. Gli accappatoi erano pieni di capelli di altre persone, gli asciugamani puzzavano e in bagno il dispenser del sapone mani era vuoto. Non c'erano lenzuola ma solo copripiumini che abbiamo utilizzato come lenzuola anche per il divano che non era letto. Non lo consiglierei a famiglie con bambini.

le lieu etait ideal car prés des commerces , de la gare , des bus , de la mer etc....

l'appartement n'était pas aéré à notre arrivée ,étant allergique j'ai eu un soucis avec les draps et les oreillers car ils sentaient l'humidité et la poussière , même chose pour les serviettes de bains , il faut absolument qu'elles soient lavée à 60 degres et parfumée au minimum par de l'assouplissant , la voisine du dessous est venue sonner à peine à notre arrivée pour nous reprocher de faire du bruit car apparemment trainant les chaises alors que nous nous installions , pas trés sympa ce genre de remarque ....

Un apartamento a 15 minutos de Mónaco con todo lo necesario. Ciudad bonita con playa.

Apartamento con todo lo necesario. Llegamos tres adultos. Cocina, cama doble grande y sofá cama para dos personas. Tv por cable. Aire acondicionado. Tiene Garage(ver nota abajo). Supermercado “U” a la vuelta de la calle. Tiene una terraza tipo galería. Tengo que decir que es una calle con tráfico lento, pero está muy bien aislada con doble puerta de cristales climalit. No se oyen casi nada los coches.

Más que cosas que “no nos gustó” son unas indicaciones adicionales. La dirección está en Booking pero no el número del edificio. Recomiendo al dueño que ponga el número del edificio. Es un piso primero y el propietario debe indicar a la hora de entregar las llaves a qué número de piso se debe llamar, ya que en el indicador del portero automático está indicado con números. Por este motivo nos fue lioso el recoger las llaves. Procedimiento que nosotros hicimos: quedamos a una hora que nos indicó el propietario. Nosotros aparcamos en el parking zona azul en la calle. Buscamos el portal. Pone en la puerta “Residencia la primavera” está enfrente de un concesionario de motos VESPA, GILERA, etc. Al lado del portal hay un taller de motos. Otra referencia es que el edificio está en unos bloques de apartamentos un poco mas arriba de una rotonda donde hay una gasolinera. Nosotros al llegar bajó al portal la señora de la limpieza en cinco minutos. Habla bien italiano mejor que francés. Nos enseñó amablemente el apartamento y también nos enseñó y nos dio las llaves de un garaje que está situado en la calle paralela. Es un Garage comunitario con plaza cerrada. Tenemos un Honda cívic del 2008 y cabe justo. Lo utilizamos pero al volver por la noche, lo dejamos enfrente del apartamento en zona azul(nos fue más cómodo para cargar maletas)

Simple et efficace. Parking privé fermé. Gare sncf a 2 min a pied qui nous emmène à monaco en 5 min.et plage a 5 min. Appartement propre avec tout ce qu’il faut.
