The location is absolutely fantastic. Cascais itself is a wonderful holiday town, and this property is perfectly situated. It is only a 2-minute walk to the beach, as well as to the restaurants, cafés, and shopping streets. The balcony was actually the main reason I chose this property, and it definitely lived up to my expectations. The house is spread over three floors. Another couple was staying on the ground floor, while the upper two floors were entirely ours. There is a locked door with a keypad separating the spaces, so privacy was never an issue. The second floor has two bedrooms and one bathroom, while the top floor consists of the living area, kitchen, and the beautiful balcony. The balcony and the location are truly the highlights of this property. The Wi-Fi worked very well throughout our stay, and we had no issues with the hot water. Although the house has air conditioning, the weather was so pleasant that we never needed to use it. Check-in and check-out were very easy thanks to the secure lockboxes at the entrance, making the whole process smooth and hassle-free.

The only downside of our stay was the cleanliness. We arrived at the property at our scheduled check-in time of 2:00 p.m., but were informed that the cleaning had only just begun. The hosts apologized, which we appreciated, but unfortunately the overall level of cleanliness did not meet my expectations. The furniture and appliances are a bit old, which was not a problem for us. The microwave and toaster both worked, despite being quite dated. However, I felt the property could have been cleaned much more thoroughly. I ended up doing some additional cleaning myself before we settled in. Overall, I felt that the standard of cleanliness did not quite match how wonderful the property is. With its incredible location and beautiful balcony, the house has so much to offer, and a little more attention to cleaning would make the experience even better. Thankfully, with a little extra effort on our part, we were able to enjoy our stay. One small thing to keep in mind is that the steps in front of the museum next to the house seem to be a popular gathering spot for local young people. It's completely understandable—in fact, I would probably have met my friends there too! Since they often chat there in the evenings, you can hear their conversations from inside the house. Fortunately, the weather was pleasant, and simply closing the shutters solved the issue for us, so it didn't affect our sleep.

O studio está a precisar de uma remodelação. As camas são pouco confortáveis e a limpeza deixou muito a desejar. 6 noites de hospedagem e nos ofereceram somente 2 toalhas. A Internet funcionava de forma irregular... quase sempre indisponível. O preço foi alto e o serviço não foi compatível.
