The location is very convenient, the Aircon worked really well and the staff also made a fan available to us.
Kettle, little hob plate, fridge and basic crockery and utensils were available. The room had been cleaned really well (including the bed sheets and towels). A washer and dryer is also available to use which is really helpful.
The room we booked was a good size, we felt as though we had plenty of space.
The communication from the owner Bin was really good, he responded very quickly whenever we messaged and was very friendly.
There is a restaurant in the alley where the hotel is located (not the same building) that sometimes makes noise early in the morning (the room we had faced the alley, in another room it may not be an issue).

Great location and very clean. Host was extremely attentive and welcoming.
