Right on the beach. Clean. Price was great.
Small repairs needed done. Closet door was off the track and in the closet. Small patch of paint missing on bathroom door. Front patio screen door was ripped. Need a pot holder for the kitchen. Only had one dish towel and no dish rags.

Easy to find and it was on the beach
It is a little older property so it has a few things that could be updated.
