NEWLY RENOVATED! Keep it simple at this centrally-located beachside condo. Enjoy all that Gulf Shores has to offer without getting in your car. No need to cross the street to get to the beach as the beach is a few steps from our parking lot. Look no further for the perfect condo at a reasonable price! Brand new King Bed in main bedroom and two Queens in the loft!
Ocean Reef 116 is a 2 bedroom, 1.5-bathroom, second floor walkup unit that will sleep 8. The primary bedroom has a King bed, and the upstairs loft area has 2 Queen beds. A sofa sleeper is in the living room. Great Beach location for a family that likes to walk to everything. This unit has been recently updated with all new appliances. New flooring and fresh paint!
There is an on-site laundry room, covered parking and on-site security. This is a non-smoking unit. This property allows up to two vehicles per reservation. No trailers.

There are 2 parking spots available to you. The condo asks no trailers to be parked in the parking stalls. It is $40 per stall per stay paid directly to the complex.
Other things to note
No Elevator so you must be able to climb TWO flights of stairs to the unit.

Property was just as described! Clean and everything was as expected. Had everything we needed and more. Short walk to the beach, walking distance to all the action. Highly recommend!!

The condo worked great for our family! Being a few steps away from the beach and not having to cross any streets is a must with kids. The pool was also an added bonus!
