Porthleven's a lovely little town, and this place is within walking distance to everything you need. It's very spacious, and served as a relaxing spot between my coastal walks - I spent too much time on the sofa! The below ground level kitchen is a great place to cool down on hot summer days.
Some of the windows do not open nor close easily, but this has been raised so hopefully will get fixed. The place is right next to a main road in Porthleven, so can have the occasional car late at night - if you're a light sleeper (unlike me) this could be a problem.

Very well furnished in good style
Very loud corner lot of traffic. Dark inside. 3 Levels, narrow stairs, tiny bathroom not at same level as bedroom. Parking possible but not convenient.
