Lugar muito próximo ao centro cívico, de excelente custo beneficio pra quem procura algo simples mas completo para tempo de passagem e a trabalho. A anfitriã é muito solicita e atenciosa, e admite flexibilidade dentro da possibilidade. Bem equipado com utensílios e eletros para preparo de refeições.
Senti falta de uma antena na TV para ver canais abertos e de cortinas que fechassem melhor as janelas, principalmente o quarto.
