Gostei muito da estadia, ótima localização, apartamento limpo e organizado, chuveiro muito bom e tem todos o utensílios de cozinha necessários. Apenas a TV estava bastante travada, não conseguimos assistir nada além de videos no youtube sem travar.

Localização, instalações e conforto.
Existência de vazamento de água no banheiro, o que mantinha o chão constantemente molhado. A obrigatoriedade de retirar o lixo e levar até a lixeira externa do prédio. Entendo que esse é um problema do serviço de limpeza, o qual é cobrado de nós clientes.
