It was a private villa to ourselves which I hadn't realised. Was lovely, clean, pool was fabulous, within walking distance of shops.
Tricky to find at first, but instructions were actually very clear.

The location was perfect, close to the center and popular restaurants and cafes. It was also in a quiet area which was good. The pool was nice and the house was big enough. Also the staff was amazing, Cindy was very responsive and the house keeper too. They also help you with any issue you might have which was much appreciated, so host service was a 10
One of the rooms and the toilet were full of flies, that made us a bit uncomfortable. Then the ac and fan were directly pointing to the bed, and it made it impossible to find a middle point where the room was cold but you dont feel freezing. I ended up getting sick and catching a cold because of this, because of I didnt turn it would be extremely hot. The rest was very nice

I had a greatexperience at Villa Nugraha. Ayu, Andi, and Cindy were all very kind and helpful. The place was clean and the location was perfect for getting around town. I definitely recommend staying here if you are going to be in Kuta and are looking for someplace nice to set up a home-base.
