Everything was wonderful. The staff were absolutely amazing, always friendly, kind and ready to help with anything. The rooms were beautiful, comfortable and very clean. The food was spectacular and delicious every day. I had an incredible stay and felt at home from the moment I arrived. Highly recommended!

There were a few mosquitoes in the room, not sure how they kept getting in. Didn’t bother us too much.

Nice room

First of all, they have an excellent photographer, my compliments for that. The photos on Booking create high expectations and give the impression of a large property, while in reality it’s quite small. The huts with the rooms are nice though. The room itself was fine and had everything we needed. The staff was friendly and simply followed the instructions from the owner. Unfortunately, hygiene was a disappointment. There were ants everywhere. It also seems the concept of a “hotel” is not entirely clear: during our 6-night stay, the room was cleaned only once, and only after we explicitly asked for it. Fresh towels were not automatically provided, and the bed was neither made nor changed. The breakfast, which was included in the stay, was absolutely not worth it, as previous reviews had already mentioned. You had to fill out a form each time with very limited choices. One of the options was a juice that tasted like water on the first day. When we reported this, it turned out it had been diluted with water. Luckily, they adjusted this on the following days, and it was better. However, the options were scarce and the portions small. On top of that, you couldn’t swap the juice for coffee, even though you would expect coffee to be included with breakfast (only hot water and instant coffee were available). Upon check-out, we had to pay extra because we had requested some additional items during our stay. That in itself wasn’t a problem, but the bill also included two coffees we never ordered or received. They also rent out a scooter for 80k per day, which can be handy, although further down the street you can rent one for 70k. Unfortunately, in terms of value for money, this stay was a disappointment.
