The space is very clean, bedrooms are comfy and bathroom is lovely with a clean shower and hot water.
The property would benefit from 2 bathrooms but it really wasn’t an issue and we really enjoyed our stay. There is lots of construction going on outside the property but isn’t an issue and wasn’t loud.

Very close to main strip of Kuta. Quiet location. Pool and outdoor area was amazing and perfect for 4 people. Large bedrooms with excellent air conditioning. Sitting area inside was great with large TV and good WiFi. Cooled water dispenser meant clean cold water for the whole stay. Kitchen and bathroom was very large with great facilities.
Construction was happening next door so some noise early in the morning

Zentrale aber trotzdem ruhige Lage
Es kommt kein warmes Wasser aus der Dusche.
Toilettenspülung kann nur alle 30-60 min benutzt werden.
Sehr laute Wasserpumpe die bis 23 Uhr alle 30 Sekunden läuft.
