Breakfast was excellent.
This hotel has great potential, but there is some clear negligence going on:
- The rooms need some maintenance.
- The reception staff looked a bit lost and was not very helpful. The breakfast staff was great though.
- There were long electric power outages almost every evening (and shower water pressure depended on it). They had a diesel generator but it would only supply power to the reception and restaurant.
- Unfortunately we ended up not using the swimming pool since it always had murky water and did not look clean.

We really enjoyed this stay, the room and swimming pool are very well maintained. Breakfast was exceptional, delicious and large quantities. Property is located in a calm area on walking distance from the centre of Kuta.

We really liked the setup and quietness of the property. Shower was amazing. Breakfast was excellent, staff and cleaning crew top, swimming pool nice and cool, all together amazing. Wished we could stay linger but it was fully booked.
