Location was great,even though in the busiest part of Kuta, but it’s in the alley, so won’t get effect too much
Was still a bit sandy on the floor when we got in and if we didn’t get the air conditioning going, the room would have a moldy smell when we return form outside

The bed was really nice and comfy and the location absolutely perfect, in the very center of Kuta, but it was very quiet during night
the sliding door of the room was little bit broken and hard to lock. But not a big issue.

Location and the tranquility.
The staff. The place would have been better if it has better service staff. Always a different person coming from a small room who seemed half awake attending to you. Gave inconsistent pricing for bike rental. For the price, I think you can easily find something better.
On the last day when we returned the bike key to them, we were attended by a service male staff in his sarong and topless. Honestly, there needs to be some basic standards.
