Comfortable bed and nice views

The state of the shower cabin was appalling , it was covered in mould and the handle was broken you couldn’t even close the shower. The entire place was covered in dirt and dust that hasn’t been cleaned for long . The breakfast you guys have on the website is absolutely nothing like what we got. We got a plastic bag with cold eggs and cold mash. Nothing like that lovely platter you advertise. Damp marks all over walls and ceilings. Cracked dirty tiles in the bathroom. We had guests a few doors down who were screaming so obnoxiously loud that I didn’t sleep that night. There was no hotel staff to keep them under control and tell them how to behave like normal people. I can’t believe we were promised a luxury 5 star stay and this is what we had to endure. It would be generous to call this a 3 star experience. The only thing that saved it was a comfy bed in which I couldn’t fall asleep because of noise, and the view from the balcony. This is false advertisement at its finest.
