HOLIDAY PALMA APARTMENT 3

Excellent two-bedroom apartment (with tourist licence number TI / 170), simple but with everything you need, located in a building in the centre of Palma; Perfectly located in a lively area in the old town but with the tranquility of being on a street with hardly any traffic, they have views from the balcony and plenty of light due to the three large windows it has. You will find a fully equipped kitchen (with ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, fridge, freezer and washing machine) and a recently renovated bathroom with a shower. Then you will have two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds); In the living room-dining room they have several sofas and armchairs as well as a dining table; Television and free WIFI access. The only small drawback of this apartment is that it is located on the 3rd floor, a small effort will be necessary that will take you to a unique place in the city (VERY IMPORTANT NO LIFT!). It is located in the heart of the fashionable neighbourhood of Sa Gerreria in Palma, a neighbourhood with lots of essence with all kinds of bars, restaurants, shops and urban art. You don't have to worry about noise or anything similar, as it is located on a very quiet street you can rest from the murmur generated by the cities and at the same time have all the amenities within walking distance. Located 250 metres from Plaça de Cort and Plaça Major and only 800 metres from Plaça d'Espanya where most public transport is centralised (Sóller Train, Airport Bus, Buses to all destinations on the island). NB: A deposit of €250 will be withheld during your stay. Rules: -Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, you can smoke on any of the terraces always being careful with the cigarette butts. -Please keep the order and cleanliness inside the apartment. -Please respect the community areas: stairs and corridors, keeping them clean and passing through them in silence. ANY EXCESSIVE NOISE, LOUD MUSIC AND PARTIES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED! In the event of receiving complaints from neighbours due to excessive noise or annoying behaviour by any member of your group, the owner has the right to evict the customer and all guests from the apartment regardless of whether it is day or night and without giving any refund of the amount already paid for the reservation, also keeping the deposit.
