In the heart of old town
Many unexpected steps getting to & even inside the apartment.

The location is right in the middle of Palma. Close to main attractions and lots of restaurants and bars. We stayed in the demisol apartment no 2, very cozy and lots of space. It was spotless and very well equipped. You also have a washing machine and a dishwasher if needed. There is also a coffee machine and some complimentary capsules and tea. They also provide an iron and iron board that was very useful. The kitchen and living room are at the first level and the bedroom and bathroom at the demisol.
It can be a little noisy especially if you have the windows opened and there isn’t natural light being at the demisol but this didn’t bother us.
