The neighborhood is mainly frequented by locals. It has great presence of urban art. Rules: - It not allow to smoke inside the property, in case of not follow with the rule you will be penalized. -Please keep the order and cleanliness inside the accommodation. -Please respect the shared areas of the building: stairs and hall, being silent and keeping them clean. -ANY EXCESSIVE NOISE, LOUD MUSIC AND PARTIES ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN! In case of complaints from the neighbors due to excessive noise or annoying behavior by any people in your group, the owner has the right to expel the client and all guests from the house whether it is during the day or night, without giving any refund of the amount already paid for the booking and keeping the damage deposit.
