Хотелът беше просторен, много добре обзаведен и изключително комфортен. Локацията е отлична-на удобно място, но същевременно тихо и спокойно. Оценихме и малките комплименти като кафе и вода, които бяха оставени за наше удобство. Персоналът беше изключително учтив, поддържаше постоянна комуникация с нас и ни съдействаше при всичко необходимо. Като цяло останахме много доволни от престоя си и бихме посетили мястото отново!
Честно казано, не открихме нещо, което да не ни е харесало. Престоят ни беше напълно удовлетворяващ и всичко отговаряше на очакванията ни!

A szállás tökéletes volt, modern, jól felszerelt, kivéve: papucs.
Sajnos a gépünket törölték, így csak éjfél után éretünk oda. A késői időpont ellenére végtelenül segítőkész volt! Viszont nehezen értettük meg egy mást a szállásadóval, mert nem mondta el, hogy csak egy kód van: a bejárati ajtónál lévő kulcs széfhez! A bejárati ajtó pedig nem kóddal működik, hanem csak érinteni kellett!

La ubicación. Prácticamente se puede ir a todos los sitios de Sofia andando. Es un apartamento bastante nuevo, limpio y cuidado y muy bien equipado
La falta de una mampara en la ducha, se inudaba todo el baño. La caldera del agua caliente hacía mucho ruido, había que cerrar las puertas para minimizar el sonido y aún de noche se oía. El menaje es un poco escaso, faltan cubiertos, por ejemplo cuchillos que no sean de carne y tazas grandes. Solo había 2 para tres personas. Echamos de manos una cafetera expres italiana, aunque había una eléctrica de filtro y otra de cápsulas Illy, pero que no eran compatibles con las habitualres. Había un solo mando para dos aires acondicionados.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is spacious, beautiful, very clean, and located right in the city center. It is fully equipped with everything you might need. A special thank you to the host, who had the hot water ready for us and the air conditioning already running, so the apartment was cool and comfortable when we arrived. That was especially appreciated after a long trip and allowed us to relax immediately.
The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended! 😊
