About this house rental
Converted mill with private pool. Beautifully furnished and fully equipped. Private walled garden. Located in the hamlet of La Molineta near the white village of Frigiliana. A spacious and luxurious house decorated with hand made tiles and original artwork.
The house is on two floors. On the ground floor there is a lounge with wood burning stove, a separate dining room and kitchen. There is also an utility room with washing machine.
Double doors lead from the lounge to the dining terrace with pergola and built in BBQ. From the dining terrace 2 steps lead to the tiled sun terrace and then on to the pool terrace surrounded by superb planting. The garden is completely walled and private. The pool is 8m. x 4m.
Off a half landing is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with its own access direct to the garden.
On the upper floor is a twin bedroom; a double bedroom with air conditioning and a dressing room with a single bed, ideal for a young child. There is also on this floor a family bathroom and roof terrace with fantastic views.
Cleaning:
We have been using the same local team of cleaners for more almost 30 years with consistently superb results.
The house is cleaned thoroughly for each new arrival and then weekly if you stay longer.
All towels, beach towels and linens are sent out to a professional laundry where they are washed at high temperatures and with products that kill 100% of germs and bacteria.
All linen is changed for each stay and then weekly.
All floors and surfaces are sanitised with bleach at least once a week.
Hand soap is provided in each bathroom.
I live nearby so can provide for anything else you need during your stay.

This pretty old villa is ideally located on the main road between beautiful Frigiliana and bustle Nerja. Ideally located within up hill walking distance to romantic Frigiliana which hosts many lovely restaurants, or an easy 10 min downhill bus ride to Nerja. Having the little bar close by was also very convenient.
A spacious clean villa and beautiful garden and pool. Stephen was a great host.

The mill is beautiful, spacious and quirky with plenty of space for our party of 6 adults and one baby. We could spread out and have our own space when we needed it but there are lovely communal areas both inside and out where we shared many splendid feasts.A well equipped kitchen and more importantly a huge fridge were well used as one of our party was a great chef, but we were disappointed that the restaurant next door wasnt open during our stay.Visit the Nerja caves, walk up into Frigiliana and along the river bed into Nerja. Good bus service into both which stopped outside the villa. Thank you to Stephen for a lovely stay.
