Very nice place to stay for a relaxing vacation. Quiet neighborhood except for a few barking dogs- mainly when people were coming home from work. Short distance to beach but down (and up! ) a steep hill. But parking was plentiful at beaches. Amazing views from terrace. Beautiful sunrise views. Home was well equipped and very clean. Twenty minutes to Centro Malaga. Restaurants, bakeries, pharmacy and supermarket in area. Landlord was very responsive to the few questions we had. Property manager was across the street but will need to speak As Spanish or use translate app.. Bedrooms were large and had good storage. On demand hot water with good water pressure. A great choice when coming to the Costa de Sol. Strongly recommend. . Amazing

Really pleased with our villa. We rented a car which was very useful, safe parking behind a gate. Up a steep hill. Would happily stay again.

Never having been in this area before, we had to rely on the on-line description and photographs of the property and it`s location to help us make a decision to book here. We`re three adults and four young children and we`d decided not to book car hire because of the close proximity to the beach. What a mistake! The house is near the top of a very steep hill about 800 metres, not 200, from the main road. In the sweltering heat of the day this meant a challenge when returning back from the shop or beach and, at night, really meant it wasn`t worth the effort of making a second excursion down the hill and back again. Fortunately there is a barbecue and a pretty functional kitchen (although no kettle). A clean property with good room sizes, big lounge/dining, two bathrooms and a lovely covered terrace with fine views. The house is actually a flat above an agricultural/commercial type property with no entry to the floors below - not in use during our visit. The pool is down below the house and is reasonably sized and modern with an adjacent shower. Now to the big caveat - many of the neighbours keep dogs and at least two have cockerels! Be prepared for the ensuing racket from either or both at all times of the night and, without exception, from 0430 every morning. A full night`s sleep is an impossibility and it really detracted from what was otherwise a pretty good holiday.
