Enjoy the winter of the Costa del Sol, with his days of sunshine and pleasant temperatures with the heated swimming pool , included on the price The House is situated on a small hill, above sea level, hence the magnificent sea views from all terraces and from 3 of the 5 bedrooms. The House is modern and is furnished in a modern and functional style. The pool operates all year, Pool cleaning is done every 4 days prior appointment with the tenant... The pool and the House are not shared, only is for tenants who are currently housed in the House. Wi-Fi is free
Due to the multitude of offers, sites and beaches to visit on the Costa del Sol, the owner recommended to rent cars at the airport, be sent links to book cars .Owner speaks fluent French, English, Italian, Spanish, if any problem services as an interpreter would be included
Advisory visits, maps and plans of rutas(2 rutas,La Ruta de la Pasa, y la ruta de los pueblos de le Axarquia) and nearby villages of touristic interest
In the House they have brochures in English, French and Spanish of the places characteristic and recommended to visit on the Costa del Sol
Information of phone numbers for reservations at the Alhambra in Granada, the mosque of Cordoba, and the Giralda in Seville, the Picasso Museum in Malaga, without having to navigate and avoid the queues or there are no tickets and information.

José was attentive and helpful from check in to check out, including helping with an issue with our supermarket order and giving suggestions on where to eat with a large group. This villa is perfect for a large family group or group of friends (as we were) as it's split across 3 levels. Basement bedroom next to the games room allows for noisier guests to do their own thing without keeping the rest on the second floor up.The villa has 2 balcony areas as well as the pool garden area, so no shortage of outdoor space to do your own thing or all sit together. It is on the top of a large hill so the balcony gets nice sunset views over the sea, but worth bearing in mind for groceries if you don't have a rental car, although mercadona deliver The heated pool was perfect, clean and very popular with our group. A key part of why we chose it was because it was heated so can be used later in the year as we went in October.We bbq'd for our group of 11 on 2 of the days and the BBQ was up to the task All in all a great stay, would happily stay with José again next year

My family (6adults 6kids) had a great holiday at this place. The kids loved to pool a lot even in winter since it’s heated one. A lot space for both adults and children. Jose is fantastic host. Thanks Cindy

We had a brilliant stay at this villa. Jose was a fabulous host and really responsive. Very clean with lots of space. Quiet location but easy to get to Malaga by taxi. Jose helped us arrange taxis and transfer.
Great facilities and wonderful outside areas. Heated Pool was a big bonus and we even had a swim in the rain.
Great value for money and although a bit out from Malaga easy to walk to local bars and restaurants - although need to walk back up a steep hill so best to get a taxi back. Uber works but be prepared to wait.
Big supermarket down the hill who also deliver
Would def recommend
All in all it was a perfect choice for a large group and everyone loved the stay
