Place was fine, but had to leave a day early because of Marathon.

Nice modern apartment . Had to leave a night earlier as realised there were no Taxis available the next morning because of Marathon!

The studio was very clean and comfortable. We had a terrace to chill in. Our car was in a garage in the building, which was very suitable. 5 min walk to the beach.

Pleasant stay

It's a spacious place with modern furniture and many useful amenities (smart TV, washing machine, AC, microwave, hairdrier, clothes rack, additional pillows and blankets). The balcony is big and very nice, overlooking the city and sea. We had our breakfast there every morning. Kitchenette is very well equipped. The area is quiet and very close to the beach, supermarkets and restaurants.

If you are the kind of person looking for spotless clean, this is not the place. It's okay, but not great from this point of view. As soon as we arrived, the floor looked like it hadn't been vaccuumed and mopped properly. We let the staff know and they did come in to fix it. However, I think in southern Spain they don't use vaccuum cleaners, only brooms, because even after cleaning the floor, it still looked questionable. The kitchenette hadn't been properly cleaned either, there were some grease spots that I ended up cleaning.

Clean and modern studio in great location

Accommodating host, we asked for softer pillows and the host kindly provided them. The flat was clean. The shower pressure was strong and the water was hot. Good hairdryer. Check in was easy as a key code is provided. Also we arrived late at night (00:30) and this wasn't a problem. It was always cool inside the studio. Great location - very close to the El Palo beach, which is frequented by locals and seemed quieter than other beaches towards the centre. There are some good restaurants just 15 minutes away. We were also able to go to the centre in 15/20 minutes by taxi and about 30 minutes by bus. We also rented electronic scooters and it took us about 30 minutes riding along the beach.

The brightness - we are used to sleeping in a dark room so we did wake up a few times because of the light. There are some good indoor roller blinds, however no proper shutters. It would be great to have a bottle of water available on arrival.

We really had a great stay, the host was very accommodating and responsive .

The accommodation were very clean and new. The outside shared patio was very relaxing and we surely did use it for some relaxing in the sun .

Very happy

Apartment was beautiful, everything we needed to make our stay comfortable, was greeted by Nina very welcoming English speaking asked me to give her a call if we needed anything at all, was very clean and secure lovely view of the sunset and sunrise on a morning and very private, left everything in our room money valuables as we felt very secure and safe at the apartments to be able to do so, the area is lovely, very nice people local to shops cafe beach, bus directly to the town is at the bottom of the street so everything is local which is handy. Departing time at the apartment was a decent time which we were pleased about Really happy with everything and will return soon Thankyou to Nina for the hospitality

Struttura pulita, ben attrezzata in ottima posizione a pochi minuti a piedi ( 7/10 minuti )dal centro.

Abbiamo scelto questa struttura con parcheggio ma purtroppo abbiamo dovuto lasciare la nostra autovettura in un parcheggio poco distante a pagamento perché lì non era disponibile

Hnus, špína, plíseň, arogantní majitel, šváb!

- před ubytováním se nacházela zastávka autobusu - blízko jsou 2 velké obchody

Jedním slovem - všechno bylo otřesné. První 2 noci nám kapala voda ze stropu (foto), poté jsme dostali jiný apartmán, kde ovšem nefungovala klimatizace (foto) a dostali jsme také radu, že si máme “otevřít okno”, pokud je nám teplo. Samozřejmě bychom to rádi udělali, ovšem kdyby apartmán nebyl v prvním patře na začátku chodby. Tudíž lidi z vedlejších apartmánů chodili kolem našich oken a tím pádem nám koukali do našeho apartmánu. Apartmány působí spíš jako navoněná bída, majitelé se o ně vůbec nestarají. Apartmán je velice daleko od centra, v okolí nic není. Majitel komunikoval přes booking i přes whatsapp, nicméně jeho slova byla arogantní a neochotná. Nevěřte nabízenému vybavení v apartmánu, půlka toho chybí a druhá půlka nefunguje správně. Jsou to lži! - v prvním apartmánu byl fén, ve druhém ovšem ne, ale po komunikaci a “ochotě” (rozumějte velké neochotě) majitelky dát nám jiný apartmán, jsem si ho přenesla, jinak by v apartmánu v rámci vybavení nebyl! - v kuchyni chyběly základní suroviny (sůl, pepř, olej), nádobí a pánve byly neskutečně špinavé, všude mastné fleky - v koupelně byla otřesná špína a plíseň (foto), chybělo mýdlo a šampon, přičemž majitel na booking uvádí, že v rámci výbavy bude tento základ přítomen - ve druhém apartmánu byly všude po zemi tmavé dlouhé vlasy, byly dokonce i v ručníkách a sprcha též neodtékala díky vlasům ve sprchovém koutě - dveře sprchového koutu nedoléhali k sobě, takže byla všude voda - v domě jsou zahrnuta 2 parkovací místa a majitel si navíc účtuje za jeho pronajmutí! Bohužel vám nic jiného nezbyde, protože na ulici místo najdete málokdy - v apartmánu jsme byli 10 dní, ale za celý pobyt nám nikdo neuklidil a odpadky si pod pohrůžkou pokuty taktéž musíte vyhodit do popelnice sami.

Mooi, centraal gelegen appartement

De lokatie, en het was een mooi en schoon appartement met een mooi privé terras. De föhn ontbrak maar dat werd gelijk opgelost. Hele prettige communicatie met de verhuurder.

Als het regent, klettert de regen met veel lawaai op het terras, dat is met name ‘s nachts iets minder, maar gelukkig duurt een regenbui nooit lang.

Tiskikone puuttui. Kodikkuutta voisi lisätä muun muassa mukavimmilla tuoleilla, tauluilla, verhoilla ja tyynyillä!

Satisfăcător

Cameră suficient de spatioasa, baia la fel, lenjerie curată. Mulțumesc pentru solicitarea aparatului de cafea, dar era foarte bine daca se regasea in fiecare apartament, rezervarea fiind pentru 2 apartamente.

Prima verblijf

Het was schoon, voldoende handdoeken en toiletpapier, keuken zag er prima uit, we hebben alleen een schaar gebruikt voor de rest niet. Het bed was opgemaakt en de bank zat lekker er was genoeg verkoeling d.m.v. twee airco's (best fijn bij 25 graden in oktober) De locatie was goed te bereiken en het is veilig op straat de locatie zit niet middenin een toeristenzone. Ons appartement (11) zit aan de straatzijde maar dat viel alles mee.

Voor een toch ruim appartement mag je wel betere en grotere (voor west Europeanen) bedden verwachten, er kunnen vier gasten verblijven maar dat adviseer ik zeker niet dan slapen er twee op een slaapbank. De prijs is aan de hoge kant voor oktober. Via booking.com zocht ik juist op een locatie met parkeerplaats. achteraf bleek dat er maar twee plaatsen zijn en die waren gereserveerd. In de wijk parkeren is lastig maar lukt wel. Er zijn 2 badkamers en toiletten dat is top, het toiletborstelgarnituur en de pedaalemmer zijn roestig dat is zonde.

Twijfelachtige accommodatie.

De locatie en veel zon en uitzicht in de studio.

Hygiëne, niet schoon en op blote voeten betekende zwarte voeten, vieze vloer. De ingang was niet aantrekkelijk, gescheurde papieren met instructies op de voordeur geplakt en in de hal. Het complex kwam steriel over, geen planten of begroeiing.

Nový dům blízko moře.

Apartmán v tomto domě jsme si pronajali již opakovaně, protože je to nový dům a je blízko moře, obchodu, autobusu,...prostě dobrá pozice. Máme to tam rádi.

Bohužel mám pocit, že se pronajímatelé o Apartmán nestarají , jak by bylo potřeba. Chyběl nám v koupelně ručník na zem před sprchu, která velmi protéká a všude bylo mokro. Po naší žádosti jsme ho druhý den dostali. Otvírák na víno jsme dostali až po několika dnech. Nejhorší byl ale bojler na teplou vodu, který při spuštění vody vydával opravdu děsný pískající zvuk, který byl velmi omezující. Hlásili jsme to hned po příjezdu a za celý týden to nikdo neřešil. Je to velká škoda, protože jsou to drobnosti, které člověku mohou poškodit celý pobyt.

Ideal para desconectar unos días en la playa

Todo, estaba en una zona bastante tranquila, y para ir al centro puedes ir en autobús y no tardas más de 25 minutos. Además, todo estaba limpio, la cama era muy cómoda, apenas había ruido, y tienes todo lo que necesitas. Está en una zona estupenda para salir a cenar, tomar algo o probar un espeto. 10 de 10!

Ottimo soggiorno

L'appartamento è molto carino situato vicino al mare. Dotato di ogni comfort e comodamente servito da autobus che portano in centro. Nelle vicinanze si trovano 2 supermercati. Struttura pulita e curata. Il padrone di casa davvero squisito e disponibile.

Essendo lontano dal centro (circa 25 minuti di autobus) la sera non c'è nulla e pertanto bisogna prendere i mezzi.

Ein schöner Urlaub! Ich komme gerne wieder.

Alles wie beschrieben. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer tollen Gegend – Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind in der Nähe, und der Strand ist in nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Zentrum von Málaga ist mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln bequem in etwa 30 Minuten erreichbar.

Czystość, piękny apartament, dwie łazienki, leżaki i parasole które można zabrać na plażę. Wózek na zakupy- bardzo pomógł bo można było większe zakupy zrobić w mercadonie. Łóżka wygodne.

Geen tweede keer in dit mooie appartement door drukke weg en lekkage boven douch.

Mooi nieuw praktisch appartement.

Aan een hele drukke weg. Schuifpui die niet goed sluit vandaar heel veel geluiden van die drukke weg, net of de pui gewoon open staat. Bovenste douch lekt naar de beneden douch is dus niet te gebruiken maar waar je wel extra voor betaald hebt en geen compensatie krijgt...Ja als je volgende keer weer boekt 🫣.. Servies en pannen stonden vies in de kast. Helaas geen koffiecupje voor het koffiezetapparaat apparaat.

Boiler war ständig an und relativ laut, auch nachts, obwohl da kein Warmwasser verbraucht wird. Wegen der Schnaken wäre ein Fliegengitter an einem Fenster nicht schlecht, dann könnte man das nachts auflassen . Zwei separate Zudecken wären auch nicht schlecht.

Manque d'insonorité, l'appartement donne sur une rue bruyante, Manque d'intimité car les commerçants en face voient l'intérieur de l'appartement. Manque quelques accessoires de cuisine (plus d'assiettes, grille pain, couverts,..)

Afgelegen (8 km van Málaga), maar knappe studio

Het is een mooie studio met veel natuurlijk licht. De douche is prima en het bed ligt lekker, maar is slechts 140 cm.

De communicatie met de eigenaar verliep stroef. Hij/zij sprak geen Engels. Er werd achteraf nog gevraagd om de garage bij te betalen, maar deze is inbegrepen in het huis. De locatie is behoorlijk afgelegen, maar er rijdt wel een bus naar Málaga die stopt voor de deur. Het zou fijn zijn als er koffiepads, thee en vaatwastabletten zouden voorzien worden.

Lekker weekje er uit, genieten van de al warme voorjaarszon en lekker acties sight seeing.

Netjes en vrij ruim appartement. Prima airco en woonkamer, bed en keukentje. Alles wat we nodig hadden. Geen poespas maar basic en precies wat we verwachtten voor een paar dagen in Malaga. We konden één van de 2 parkeerplaatsen in de garage huren voor 12 euro per dag, dat was wel noodzakelijk. Parkeren is niet makkelijk aan de straat. De omgeving is niet echt aanbevelenswaardig, er is één straat met wat winkels en restaurants. Gelukkig hadden we een auto en alles is max 1,5 uur rijden of met een excursie te doen. Advies is wel om van te voren (voordat je gaat vliegen) tickets te boeken. Het strand is een paar minuten lopen, we waren in april en niet alles was open. Maar datgene wat open was dat was heerlijk. Als je niet van vis houdt moet je hier niet wezen maar als je daar wel van houdt dan ben je vast elke dag een paar keer in een restaurantje op het strand te vinden. Ze maken de verse vis klaar op een open vuur op het strand. 2, 4 of 6 personen; elk denkbaar formaat zeebaars of red snapper komt stomend vers op tafel. Absolute must is de spies met sardines; verser krijg je ze niet!

Parkeren is niet makkelijk aan de straat. De omgeving is niet echt aanbevelenswaardig, er is één straat met wat winkels en restaurants. Maar de avonden aan het strand maken een hoop goed.

Hübsches günstiges Appartement im Vorort von Malaga!

Relativ neues (neu renoviertes) Haus mit mehreren kleinen Appartements. Grundsätzlich ein schönes, günstiges Appartement, Ausstattung könnte etwas liebevoller sein (Bett mit 1,60m recht schmal, nur ein Weinglas, Salz/Pfefferstreuer fehlt...). Wir hatten Appartement Nr. 24, ein Foto suggeriert einen sonnigen Balkon, es ist aber nur ein innenliegender Freisitz!! Würden Appartement 13 (große Terrasse), 23 (am Garten aber hinten!) oder 31 (Balkon mit Aussicht zum Meer) empfehlen! Busanbindung in die City von Malaga ist super von hier, und zu Fuß zum Strand und den Restaurants ist auch gut!

Tolle Wohnung, auch wenn man für den Preis noch mehr erwarten kann

- Lage ist super, man hat kleine Shops in unmittelbarer Nähe und in 10 Minuten ist man auch am Strand. - die Wohnung ist sehr lichtdurchflutet, es hat alles, was es braucht an Kochutensilien und man kann sogar Netflix schauen. - die Kommunikation mit dem Inhaber verlief einfach über Whatsapp und man bekam schnell eine Antwort. - man hat die Möglichkeit, die Wohnung selber zu putzen (Waschlappen, etc. ist vorhanden).

- im Badezimmer gab es ein Busch voller Haare. Nach Reklamation wurde eine Reinigungsperson aufgeboten. Jedoch kam sie früher als geplant und da sie auf einmal in der Wohnung stand und nur spanisch sprach, hat sie uns nur die Badetücher hingelegt und ist sofort raus. Also konnten wir sie gar nichts fragen und die Stelle wurde entsprechend nicht geputzt. - generell wird die Wohnung erst ab einem Aufenthalt von +7 Tagen geputzt, dies bedeutet, wir mussten selber putzen. - obwohl wir alle Vorhänge gezogen haben, war am Morgen trotzdem sehr hell - daher empfiehlt sich eine Schlafmaske dabei zu haben. - die zwei Reinigungspersonen waren zwar nett, aber konnten kein Englisch (geschweige denn Deutsch), was die Kommunikation erschwerte. - an diesem Ort gibt es kaum Touristen und die Einheimischen haben uns ein wenig das Gefühl gegeben, wir seien nicht willkommen; es hat auch kaum jemand Englisch gesprochen.

Todo estuvo muy bien, si quieres estar cerca del centro está no es la mejor opción. Pero si lo que quieres como nosotros es hacer salidas a pueblos cercanos es ideal.
