Yerevan Elite Stay - Republic Square Apartment

I had a wonderful time staying here. I visit Yerevan very frequently, and because my stay here a month ago was so good, I knew I had to book it again. Once again, the property was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. It has everything you need for a relaxing stay, and the location is perfect. A huge thank you to the host for being so welcoming and helpful. This is officially my go-to place—I will be booking it every single time I am in town!

Everything was perfect

The apartment is exactly as described - bright, quiet, and really well set up. Everything was spotless and the renovation is modern. The kitchen had everything we needed, the Wi-Fi was solid, and the bed was genuinely comfortable. Small touches like fresh towels and linens made it feel more like a home than a rental. The location is unbeatable. We walked to Republic Square in minutes and had cafés and restaurants right on the doorstep. Being central but still quiet in the evenings was a nice surprise. Rafael was a wonderful host - clearly experienced and super attentive without being intrusive. He gave us great local tips and was quick to respond whenever we had a question. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests having a good stay. Would absolutely book again on our next trip to Yerevan. Highly recommend!
