Easy check-in through effective communication with the hosts, clean and spacious apartment, central location, parking available right in front of the building, newly constructed, I would stay here again when visiting Kalamata.

Now this one is out of the hosts’ control, but it’s best that you know before arriving that there is a construction site next to the building where the apartment’s located. The construction is at an early stage, so it won’t be finished anytime soon. Look, I checked in at 15:30 and it was nice and quiet, the construction noise started on the morning of the next day. If you plan on leaving for the beach or exploring the city in the morning, then you’ll be fine. If you’re dreaming of waking up late in the afternoon or - I don’t know - reading a book in blissful silence during the day, then you might need to adjust your expectations a bit.

The place was perfect for us. It was clean, modern and spacious. A very relaxing space that allowed us to be close to the marina/beach and the many restaurants. Truly enjoyed our time there.
