Big and modern
Price was high in comparison to other areas of Greece but competitive for the area. Adjacent properties had a pool.

Casa este frumoasa, curata și utilata cu tot ce ai nevoie. Casa este spațioasă și dispune de parcare chiar în fata ei. Are și putina curte unde are și o terasa. Are 2 bai mari și una de serviciu. Aerul condiționat funcționează foarte bine. Acesta este prezent în fiecare camera plus living. Casa este poziționată la aproximativ 1.200 de metrii de centrul vechi al orașului, de port, de plaja orașului și de centrul acestuia. În ansamblu eu recomand aceasta casa.

All house is yours. Very clean. Good location in the centre of Kalamata. All supermarkets, bakery etc is nearby. 10-15 mins on foot to go to the beach or to historic centre
Easy parking on the street. Quiet at the night, you can sleep with open windows.
It has 2 bedrooms each with double bed. 2,5 bathrooms (one is en-suite ).
Very cute internal yard
Comfortable beds, good bed linen. Big bedrooms

Hosts were great and easy to communicate with. The apartment itself had everything you needed and easily housed my partner and I and our friends. We could have had more guests stay with us if we wanted. It was extremely comfortable and a great place to stay. Central to the shopping/restaurant district in Kalamata and easy to get to the waterfront as well. I would not hesitate to stay here again.
Nothing to add - it was perfect. Small thing was that I wish they provided some citronella candles for the mosquitos for when we were hanging out. outside but literally everything was perfect. This comment is just me being nitpicky for no reason.
