Location is in Chinatown. Very city centre. Air Conditioning (we didn't check if it worked). View from the balcony. To get inside you'll get a video with instructions. It's in Italian. But digital keys are very tricky so this video was helpful. Clean and nice yard.

1. Mold is everywhere. You can feel its smell in every corner. Your clothing starts smelling the same way after being in the appartment. It's dangerous. Airing didn't help. We didn't close the windows at all 2. Unplanned and unpleasant situation with the toilet. When we came it was dirty and blocked. We need to find a shopping mall and use its toilet until someone comes to fix the toilet in the apartment. I'm very grateful that the company could fix it on Sunday evening but they need to clean it and fix BEFORE someone checks in. We lost time and had stress. 3. Poor amount of everything you need. No kitchen towel. No cutting knives. No shower rug. Take everything you need including shampoo, shower gel, salt, pepper, tea, oil etc...We were given 2 capsules of coffee, 2 small bars of soap, 2 packs of shampoo 5 ml each. That's all. 4. Check out is at 10. But the cleaning staff started to ring the door at 9:30 and came inside at 9:50. 5. The apartment is old. It could be better if someone add missing things such as towels, cutlery, grocery, decor etc. 6. The most important: check in is VERY difficult. All the instructions are in Italian. Company works with foreigners but uses Italian only. If they ask you to go to their office to get a digital key, don't waste your time. Ask for online check in. Save your time, because the office is too far away from the apartment. Mind that the tax for 2 nights is 19 euro!
