New nice apartment for 3-4 people.

2 big separate rooms. 2 clean bathrooms. Fresh renovation. Big kitchen. Nice guy who meet us and showed the apartment. Recommended 100%.

Just one small thing. Knives were only for meat.

Good

No breakfast. Close to the train station which is three stops away from the main train station. It was cold and the host/manager said it's the condo's policy to turn off heat after certain date. There is a washer but no dryer. No soaps or toilet paper even we booked for four nights. At least it's clean and there's a supermarket close by.

Horrible host, horrible for three people, do not recommend it

modern small apartment, it was easy check in process

Horrible host, apartment said 3 people and when checked in we paid taxes for 3 people but had towels and setup just for two people. The couch to setup bed is a hazard, our guest who is tiny, she injured herself. The host did not even apologize, blamed everything on us.

Appartment matched the expectations

Staff member tried to charge a late check-in fee despite only being available for check-in late. There was some damage in the property, that was reported, but nothing too serious. After the check-out the same staff member claimed we were responsible for other damages to the property. I hope this type of attempted extortion has not and will not happen to other guests

Nice apartment in great location

Nice bright apartment within walking distance to busses, trams, and rail, as well as grocery store and restaurants. The kitchen had everything we needed and the apartment was at a comfortable temperature upon arrival. The two bathrooms were also nice. The TV had plenty of options to keep the kids entertained. We enjoyed our stay.

The elevator was quite small and trash bags in the apartment would have been nice. Also be aware that you will need to meet somebody outside the building to get the key, which means you may be waiting outside for a while if you are early or the property assistant is stuck in traffic. There is construction happening to the front of the building so it doesn’t look like the picture shown.

Very good

Everything went very smooth and all questions were answered at all times. The apartment was modern and comfortable! Also the location was super since we had good connection to public transport and nice stores close by. 10/10 can recommend!

Some small things could be improved like a towel and toilet paper roll holder in the bathroom. Or more glasses in the kitchen. Also we found that the floor was actually very dirty since we had black feet after walking around without shoes for a bit. Also: we were 5 colleagues and didn’t always stay together at all times so having another set of key (or at least some sort of key box) would make things a lot easier!

Very good

Great location, walking distance to metro, S-train, Aldi, Carrefour. Restaurants around. We got a replacement key for 40€ when we thought we lost our key. The payment was reimbursed when we found the key.

Housekeeping could be improved. Cupboards and furniture are dusty, glasses and mugs have lip marks, floor has shoe marks. There are outside roller blinds, but would have been nice to have curtains.

Pleasant

The staff was nice and communication was easy. The tram stops right in front of the building, so it was easy to go into the city.

When we arrived, it was obvious that the apartment wasn’t cleaned properly, so the staff had to call the cleaning lady back. The room facing the street was so loud that it was impossible to sleep there. The beds were overly soft, I got a shoulder ache from it.

Fastest WIFI ever!!

OH MY GOD!! This apartment is absolutely AMAZING!! I loved everything and I fell in love with the Wifi: the fastest internet connection ever! I also enjoyed the air conditioning and the spacious shower I would definitely recommend it to family and friends!! Thank you Rent&Relax!!!

Appartements bien aménagés et proches du métro, la climatisation doit etre ameliorée.

Nous avons reservé deux appartements, un studio et un appartement deux chambres. Les deux étaient agréables et bien équipés. La situation de l'appartement est à l'exterieur du centre de Milan mais à 5 min du métro. Notre hôte répondait rapidement à nos requetes. Le point à améliorer est la climatisation. Celle de l'appartement 2 chambres est situé dans la cuisine, salle de séjour, durant l'été les chambres n'en bénéficient que très peu. Celle du studio ne fonctionne pas convenablement, malgré les interventions de notre hôte la temperature excedait les 30 degrés nous n'avons simplement pas dormi dans le studio durant notre sejour et avons pris un hotel proche pour 2 personnes. Les appartements sont récents et bien amenagés mais la climatisation est un probleme important notamment durant l'été
