Host communication was excellent! Questions were answered quickly and thoroughly. Property location was very good. Close enough to the center to walk to main sites. The property was exceptionally clean (I'm a stickler and this place was well tended). We appreciated the washing machine. Very comfortable sitting room with a big TV (we didn't use it, but its there). The kitchen is spacious and has a built in oven, microwave, small fridge (with tiny freezer), and 2 burners. Big windows for light and an AC in every room was amazing!

The shower is in the same room with the toilet so the floor gets soaked. It's annoying because going to the toilet after the shower was used means your feet get wet, or you must wear shoes/slippers. The owner could provide a squeegee and floor towels to help. The kitchen looks great, but is only useful for eating take-away or heating up leftovers. There are not enough utensils to cook or prepare meals. There are plates, cups and cutlery, but no bowls. There is 1 pot, 1 pan and a few utensils. There is a cutting board, but no knife! Its not really usable as a kitchen without buying your own knife, serving bowls, kitchen towels and rags, etc. The property is on a main street with tram tracks. If you are not accustomed to a tram, beware! Its loud and makes the building vibrate when it passes. They start before 7am and go until about midnight. If the windows are open, it sounds like the train is coming right into the building, and feels like an earthquake. We were out touring most of the day, so it was only an issue in the morning and night. Its much more tolerable with the windows closed, but one still feels/hears the trams. No blackout curtains so bring eyeshades if bright light bothers you when you sleep. The property is in a secure building up one flight of stairs. There is an intercom but no way to buzz the apartment. Members of our family arrived at different times (including middle of the night) but I had to wait outside to let them in.

Perfect location for exploring the city centre. Very clean and tidy. The landlord was quick to respond and resolve any issues I had. Would happily use again.

No glassware or tea mugs in the flat. There was a kettle but no cups. Also the noise from the tram nearby was a bit much in the morning.

Страхотно съпорт и посрещане, отлична локация и условия за престой! Чисто, с много грижа за гостите, защото имах чувството, че бяхме посрещнати като скъпи гости ... Домакинята беше оставила дори телевизора включен на скрийн сървър и звучаха приятни мелодии. Горещо го препоръчвам на всички. Няма да съжалявате нито за миг, ако го предпочитате!
