Местоположение. Аппартаменты чистые, ухоженные, имеется все необходимое для проживания.

Posizione perfetta, a due minuti dal palazzo della cultura e da Boulevard Vitosha, la metro è davanti l'alloggio (linea blu). L'appartamento è grandissimo e comodo, tutto rinnovato, perfettamente equipaggiato, ha anche phon e ferro da stiro
Il bagno ha un problema di fognature, risale l'odore dello scarico (niente di fastidioso, si sente solo odore di fogna ma funziona tutto perfettamente). C'è la macchina del caffe dolce gusto ma non ci sono le capsule, si dovrebbero inserire (a pagamento, ovviamente) perchè i supermercati veri e propri sono lontani (c'è il lidl ma non le ha e i minimarket nemmeno). Assenza totale di contatto umano e di cultura dell'accoglienza, si fa tutto online check in, invio documenti, ritiro chiavi tramite codice che arriva online. L'appartamento è gestito da un'agenzia, quindi non si parla faccia a faccia con nessuno. Nella casa non ci sono indicazioni su cosa fare, dove andare e non c'è nessuno che possa dare un consiglio.

Self check-in very easy and location perfect to visit the city center. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Very nice kitchen as well.
There was a terrible smell coming from the bathroom. The reason was probably the small size of the bathroom itself, the fact that there was no window and the ventilation system was not working properly. We had to spray perfum all the time and keep the door shut. Also the balcony is extremely small and the kitchen needs a better cleaning.
