Cozy cabin close to Malmö and Lund

Agusta is the best. She was a very kind and understanding host, who was always available for any help and/or questions. The cabin has everything you could possibly need during a stay. While åkarp is small it has everything you need and easy to get to, even without a car. The train station is close, with frequent trains to Malmö and Lund for daytrips, as well as a small supermarket staffed with everything necessary. I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a cozy place in Sweden as a solo traveller.

I loved my stay at Agusta's little garden house! It is super cozy and really has this warm welcoming energy right from the beginning. The check-in was super easy and Agusta herself even showed up quickly (her house is right next to it) to have a little chat with me to further provide me with some tips on where to go on my first Sweden experience. The cabin itself has really everything you need in my opinion: there is a cooking niche with all possible equipment to survive, a comfy bed good for one person (maybe two if you don't mind it a little tighter), a clean and functional shower area and a pleasant outside area where you can enjoy your coffee in the morning. The location isn't for everyone perhaps, yet I loved it for its very strategic position in between Malmö and Lund - ideal to make it as a base for daytrips around the Skåne region. Nothing destinations are only minutes away from those cities and tickets are really easy to get either at the vending machine or online. I also visited Helsingborg, do you can add that too on your list. Overall highly recommendable, the value for your money is really good!

Ich hatte eine sehr schöne Zeit hier, für eine Person hat es hier alles was man braucht ( sogar einen Airfryer). Auch die Nähe zu Malmö ist absolut top. Ich hab die Ruhe in Åkarp sehr genossen, sowohl in der Unterkunft als auch beim Spazieren gehen. Ein großes Plus sind auch die drei Katzen die morgens im Garten sind! Augusta war sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend. Sie kann man auch immer nach Tipps für die Umgebung fragen. Es war mein erster Besuch in Schweden und ich würde definitiv wiederkommen wenn ich nochmal in Malmö bin ☺️
