Pleasant suburb, quiet area, spacious apartment mm. Friendly hosts. Easy access to motorways. Aircon and good value for money
Very untidy outside first 4 days from arrival , but then Amir had a tidy up. Cut him some slack; he's got 4 kids and a new baby.

The place in general is big and comfortable enough for a family with 2 children. The bathroom is wide, allowing to use facilities easy and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and calm. Communication with hosts was easy and correct. There was printed useful info regarding both the rules of the house and the city of Malmo.
The guests have no other choice but to stay at the house being back to the Villa - no yard at all. The freezing compartment of the fridge was not defrosted for a long time - full of ice and even some ice cream from earlier ages :-) And I wouldn't recommend to do laundry on the second floor between 3 and 5 AM - tough the washing machine is quiet the vibrations during the spinning phases at this time of the night are difficult to ignore.
