It was in a quiet neighborhood with free parking which was perfect for my van with backline equipment in it. The owner was very friendly.
Nothing bad to say really, it was cheap and worked great for me.

the security door is unreliable and although it accepts the code does not always open the door.

Location was very close to Eledon Stadium, which was my sole reason for visiting Malmo. There were kitchen facilities and a large fridge. Good space and bathroom
The instructions for finding the entry were not clear and I needed to search around for 15 minutes. The small comfortable room did not look like it has been cleaned in a while. I needed to prompt for wifi instructions
