- 房间空间不错，相比于酒店，可以轻松的打开多个行李箱 - 常用设施非常全面，有冰箱微波炉，还有个厨房，还有蛮多的锅碗瓢盆可以直接做饭 - 离711很近 - 整体舒适度很好
- 热水器不是很好用，放出的水忽冷忽热，高温的话有点烫，调低温度后又会导致热水器熄火了变成凉水 - 缺少一个带镜子的化妆台 - 离车站稍远，走路要15分钟以上 - 房屋外侧没有Room one的标识，要走上2楼才能发现房间

リビングの匂いが自分には合わなかった 隣の部屋の音が丸聞こえ 玄関の鍵が脆弱すぎてちょっと不安

ねぶた祭りの会場に近い バス停が近くにあって、青森駅に帰りやすい
チェックインとチェックアウトを専用のURLから行うように指示が来たが、専用のURLには事前チェックイン以外は見当たらなかったので、わかりづらかった。
