    The hotel is very run down with almost no maintenance especially in the onsen and room. The price paid is not worth it at all. The only good thing is the delicious meals (but not filling). Will stay away from Berjaya hotels from now on.

    It's not a fancy resort but it got everything for a good rest n sleep --the hot springs ♨️ are open from the afternoon till the next day before 8 am. It's a great time to stay in late April , not crowded n the snow are perfect for ski. U can see the ski court from the bedrooms which is really satisfying as the first sight in the morning.

    No lift so definitely not suitable for elderly, no shower in the room, you need to shower at the onsen. Staff are friendly , food is decent
