Piso renovado y equipado. Wifi muy bien y aire acondicionado muy bien en ambas habitaciones. Sofa cama bien
Segunda planta por escalera, para alcanzar el punto turistico de matera a pie eran 1.2 km reales(no es tanto si sos joven, pero acompanado de personas mayores si..), desayuno muy rico (una bebida y un croasaint) pero se encuentra a 800mts del apartamento

Very clean, exactly like in the photos! Good stay ~20 min from the center with free parking. Great breakfast option 10 mins away. Hosts were helpful and brought us an iron upon request!
There was no washing machine. Also, the bed was quite squeaky, which woke me up when turning over — it would be wonderful to fix or upgrade it for future guests!

Estaba recién reformado.
Las humedades de la pared. No había agua caliente. La cama de la habitación hace ruido al mínimo movimiento. El edificio y la calle en general, están un poco dejados.
