We discovered a gem in Matera; Apartment 1924 was perfect. Spacious, immaculately clean, well equipped with everything we needed for a few days exploring the area. Great location; the old town is within easy walking distance of the apartment say 5-10 mins; passing local shops and a few restaurants. We found free on street parking with ease. We loved the beautiful shower, big bed, kitchen, spacious feel, washing machine, aircon in each room and balcony for morning coffee or evening G&T’s The host was friendly, very helpful and responsive and gave advice on local shops, where to eat etc. We hope to come back.

TOP. Emplacement proche du centre historique. Nombreux parkings à proximité. Appartement grand, bien équipé, tempéré, propre, confortable, très agréable. L'hôte a bien préparé notre venue. Elle nous a même réservé une visite guidée. Franchement Capelluti 1924 mérite sa note maximale.

Sehr schön renovierte Altbauwohnung. Lage super um Matera-Zentrum fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir fanden schnell einen Parkplatz in der Nähe. Restaurants, Cafés, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Vorab bekommt man viele hilfreiche Informationen von der Gastgeberin.
