Amazing location, very high quality house with all the facilities you need.
Wi-fi is terrible in most of the house. Need wi-fi extenders/repeaters to ensure strong coverage. TV should also be hard wired network rather than wi-fi. No toilet roll holders and toilet seats were loose on some of the toilets. Garbage and dirty laundry from previous occupants left in the garage. Outdoor area could use a parasol. Blinds on main bedroom let in all light so early wake up in summer around 5-6am. Could use some black out blinds or curtains over the blinds.
