Disappointing , high price , low quality .

Close to family

Mould in bathroom on tiles and bath mastic , bath panel loose , threadbare carpet in living room , garden unkempt overall neglected feel to property.Nominal Christmas decoration ( pathetic tree ) poor welcome pack , uht milk ..overall disappointing for price paid .

It was fine for a group of 4, if there were 6’if you the combined single bathroom/ toilet might cause frustrations to get everyone through in the morning or on a night out?

Great location for a long weekend

Location really good

A little shabby - one bathroom downstairs off the kitchen not ideal for 6 people. Definitely needs some TLC but it is on the market so understand why it is not being attended to. Garden great to have but unkempt .

We had an excellent time and didn't need to worry about anything for the duration of our visit.

The accommodation was very well equipped and laid out and had everything there that we could possibly have needed, including a garage and parking; the garden was a lovely green place to sit and have a relaxing drink. The location was easy to find, quiet at all times and excellently placed to walk into the town or down to the river in no more than 10 minutes. I would thoroughly recommend staying here.

It isn't a complaint, as we knew before we stayed that the property only had one bathroom / toilet, and it worked well for 4 friends for a weekend and it wouldn't be a problem for a family but if you like a lot of privacy you probably need to be aware of this.

clean and good location but the house is work in progress

no tv connected, bathroom on ground floor with bedrooms upstairs and steep risky climb up and down during the night. Unsuitable for older or physically challenged people. Bathroom off the kitchen is unusual.

suited us for rowing at women’s Henley

we booked this house for its location as my daughter was competing in Women’s Henley A note of interest for other travels, you can get a single and or a double in the garden shower is very good

bedroom downstairs was connected to the garage by a thin door - should be an external, would be very cold in the winter the beds are comfy - pillows are terrible, should be replaced downstairs is cool, upstairs is suffocating hot, didn’t help that the heating was on

great location

We are a family with 3 teenage daughters, so getting ready with only one mirror in the front bedroom was challenging! Also although the garden lawn had been cut I found the rest of the garden scruffy. In need of a good tidy/sweep and weeding.

Pet friendly, super convenient, lovely location.

we choice this accommodation because it’s dog friendly, I’ve stayed in Henley many time, but this was the first time at Park End House, but we all really rated it, and can t recommend enough. Free parking was a real bonus, an easy walk to the shops and train station, the beds were super comfy and overall a very pleasant stay.

Nothing to dislike, we played board games round the dining table, so didn’t really try the sofa’s, but can’t imagine they’d be super comfy for a night watching TV, but we didn’t travel to Henley to sit in watching TV.

Convenient location but well over priced.

Location to town is very convenient, beds were very comfy, house as a hole was clean.

lounge furniture isn't very comfy to sit and watch tv, shower is poor, 2 of us that stayed didn't have a shower one night as boiler stopped working then had to top up the boiler after every shower. heating would go off during the day due to boiler losing pressure so towels were always wet. not very well equipped in the kitchen for decent cooking. well over priced for what you get comfort and facilities wise.
