Great stay, very close to town centre, lovely garden and house well equipped.

The property was a short walk from the centre of Henley, 10 minutes max. It had a lovely garden for the grandchildren. Everything was provided in the house, no need to bring anything with you. Parking was good.

Great place to stay a few nights and visit Oxford or WB studios!

Nice house in Henley on Thames. Simple furnishings but very effective. Nice and modern bedrooms with great beds. The view on the garden and the hills is nice. The house has plenty of space and is really well up to date!

The living room furniture is a bit dated but that’s a matter of taste.

A clean and well presented house and communication with the owner was very helpful.

The house was very clean and contained a well equipped kitchen and the garden was lovely. It is a short walk into town and we had a great time.

Clean nice property in beautiful Henley

Its location was as described, it had all facilities that were advertised, it was clean and communications between Paul and myself were excellent

Only downside was the deposit that we had to pay, however this was refunded timously

Quiet, Spacious and Great Location

Such a lovely property stocked with everything you need and more! Super convenient very close to waitrose and the centre of town. Loved spending some time in the backyard on the sun chairs in the afternoon.

There aren’t black our blinds so light does come through a little in the morning. Suggest bringing an eye mask if you prefer total darkness!

Great location and just met our needs

The space was excellent, plenty of garden and a big enough table to all sit around. Comfy big sofas, under floor heating in the bathroom was excellent

The shower head was poor, the description and emails we got before we stayed suggested the house was in excellent condition but the condition was mid range and tired in places. Too many emails from host before and during our stay.

Good size house for 6 adults on a family reunion. Good kitchen facilities allow for full self-catering options. Easy walking distance to the town centre, 10-15 minutes. Glad to see there were not a whole load of check-out rules!

Very responsive and friendly host, house was clean well equipped with a close walk into Henley. Very spacious house that was always warm.

Street parking and slightly steep stairs into property that was a bit tricky with a pram. Property could do with a little bit of an update.

Location was fantastic only 10 mins walk into Henley. The beds were comfortable and clean and the garden was great for the dogs. Very spacious. Great shower There were lots of instructions for use of dishwasher, washing machine, recycling etc . Nice and warm and the cleanliness was excellent. I would definitely stay at this property again

Property is a 10min walk from Henley on Thames although it is on what looks to be a council estate. It’s a bit rough and ready but if it’s just a base then it’s clean enough and comfortable.

Bank Holiday in Henley.

Location, nice and quiet, close to Henley. Garden secluded and pleasant views over the valley. The price is so reasonable for the accommodation that you have. The house is spacious, kitchen well equipped and the beds are all super comfortable. Host very quick to respond to queries, couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful.

Single glaze window in bathroom needs attention and there is a stain from damp on the ceiling. Shower mixer tap is a bit unpredictable.
