Maria est très dédiée et répond aux questions et aux problèmes très rapidement. Des petites attentions comme une bouteille de vin, des fruits et tout ce qu'il faut pour des sandwichs ont fait une belle différence et ça été très apprécié.
La cour étant commune avec la piscine, ça laisse place à beaucoup de bruit quand il y a plusieurs enfants qui jouent dans la piscine. Mais le toit est aménagé et privé donc il est facile de s'isoler.
