Sleeping up to five guests, the apartment offers a double bedroom, a family room and a family shower room. The accommodation also features a fitted kitchen and a comfortable sitting room with a dining area and woodburning stove, creating a cosy space to relax after a day exploring the Lakes. Guests also have shared use of an external laundry room. Outside, there is ample off-road parking and access to a shared lawned garden with outdoor furniture, perfect for enjoying the peaceful surroundings. A pay-as-you-go EV charger is available on-site for guest use. Wastwater provides a wonderful base for a memorable Lake District getaway. This property charges a 100.00GBP Good Housekeeping Bond. Esthwaite Water is privately owned and managed independently by Esthwaite Water Fishery. Guests do not have automatic rights to access the water, fish or swim, and any permits or access permissions must be arranged directly with the fishery. Check-ins are not available on Christmas Day, Boxing Day or New Year's Day.
