Grasmere is one of eleven apartments set within a charming courtyard development in the picturesque village of Near Sawrey, just two miles from Hawkshead in the heart of the Lake District National Park. Sleeping up to five guests, the apartment offers a double bedroom, a family room and a family bathroom. The open-plan living space combines a well-equipped kitchen, dining area and cosy sitting area with a woodburning stove, creating a welcoming place to relax after a day exploring the Lakes. Guests also have shared use of an external laundry room. Outside, there is ample off-road parking and access to a shared lawned garden with outdoor furniture, perfect for enjoying the peaceful surroundings. A pay-as-you-go EV charger is available on-site for guest use. Grasmere provides a wonderful base for a memorable Lake District getaway. Please Note: This property charges a 250.00GBP Good Housekeeping Bond. Please Note: Esthwaite Water is privately owned and managed independently by Esthwaite Water Fishery. Guests do not have automatic rights to access the water, fish or swim, and any permits or access permissions must be arranged directly with the fishery. Please Note: Check-ins are not available on Christmas Day, Boxing Day or New Year's Day.
