Old Farm House is a lovely stone-built annexe situated next to the owners' home, on the edge the village of Rowsley, near Bakewell. This cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms, consisting of a king-size double with en-suite and a twin, together with a ground floor bathroom. The cottage also has a kitchen and a sitting room with dining area. Outside there's off road parking for two cars, a private courtyard with furniture and a shared lawned garden. Old Farm House is a delightful base for a couple or small family.
The Neighborhood:
Rowsley is a pretty village situated close to both Chatsworth House and Haddon Hall. Rowsley has many attractions, including Caldwell's Mill which houses the last water-powered roller flour mill and a range of craft workshops, shops and a restaurant, Peak Rail, which is a rail enthusiasts dream with rides along the valley, and the Peak Village which has many outlet shops with bargains galore together with feature attractions, a fitness centre and an old fashioned sweet shop and ice cream parlour.
