The Pepper Pot Retreat consists of an open-plan living space with a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, a dining space for four, and a sitting area with TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms both have a TV and consist of a double and a twin, serviced by a bathroom. Outside there is a garden with furniture and hot tub, plus off-road parking for one car. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Within 1 mile you will find a shop and a pub, and within 2.2 miles, a beach, and please note this is a smoke-free property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the rent. Explore the Isle of Wight with a stay at The Pepper Pot Retreat. Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of £150. Please Note: there is a supplement of £50 for the use of the hot tub in winter between October and March payable to the owner. Please note; This property is suitable for one large dog or two small dogs. Please note: This property accepts a minimum of three nights.

There are superb walks and scenic views to be had along the nearby coastal path, which stretches for 60 miles around the Island. Travelling 4 miles takes you to the delightful Victorian resort of Ventnor, well known for its mild climate and sandy beaches.
