The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request) and a double, along with a ground-floor bathroom with a bath, shower over, basin, and WC, and a cloakroom with basin and WC. Outside, there is an enclosed front garden with a lawn and furniture, and off-road parking for 2 cars. WiFi, fuel, power, a starter pack for the woodburning stove, bed linen, and towels are all included in the price. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Within 3 miles, you will find a shop, within 1.9 miles a pub, and within 0.1 mile a river. Have a wonderful stay at Caradoc Cottage. Note: There is a step down into the property and a step up into the sitting room, please take care. Note: The property is situated on a working farm. Please note: this property accepts a Friday changeover only. Please note: from May - September this property accepts a minimum night stay of 7 nights
