Situated 8 miles form Much Wenlock, 7 miles from Church Stretton, also known as ‘Little Switzerland’ and 12 miles from Shrewsbury. Ludlow and Ironbridge are also within a half hour drive. Shop 3 miles, pub 2 miles.

Excellent holiday cottage truly away from it all! Friendly welcome. You have to take your supplies with you as it is a fair distance from any shop. Interesting local lanes keep you alert when driving 😀

Beautiful property. Very isolated spot but perfect for our needs with our very nervous dog . If you are looking for a rural retreat we would highly recommend Bequia cottage.

Cannot fault the cottage which was presented to a very high standard and well equipped. The location was beautiful with stunning views but quite remote with no facilities within reasonable walking distance. One minor point is the acceptance of a dog but then significant restrictions on where the dog can go in the cottage. It was almost furnished to a standard that should really have excluded pets. Owners were in the main house on site and welcoming so overall it was a very pleasant stay.

Excellent well equipped and clean cottage. Last minute booking for us. Very comfortable in a wet October. A little off the beaten track but with wonderful views. Helpful pleasant owners.
