The bathroom includes a bath with shower over, basin and WC. The property has central heating. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. There is a stunning 6 acres of woodland surrounding the property great for exploring with your four legged friends. Outside, there is an enclosed garden with lawn, gravelled area and furniture, along with off‑road parking. One well‑behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.2 miles, pub 1.2 miles. Stay at Little Hallegan for your next Cornwall break. There is a good house keeping bond of 150 GBP. Please note: Check in is between 3pm and 7pm.
